Over the course of two years, iLBRiLLE Co.,Ltd. will invite Japanese expert instructors to teach “correct beauty knowledge, skin care methods, how to use beauty equipment, etc.” and produce beauty specialists.
In addition to beauty classes, we also offer business management courses such as “business planning, customer attraction, and customer management” to help students become financially independent and independent after graduation.
Students who complete the two-year course will be issued with an official qualification in conjunction with the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (NIEI).
This project has also been selected as a support project for the overseas expansion of Japanese-style education (EDU-Port Nippon), which is being implemented by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.

Background of the project implementation
I first met OKHNA TE TANGPOR, Chairman of FASMEC and Representative of TTP Groups Cambodia, when I participated in the 2nd Matching Event of the Japan Cambodia Association (JCA) held in April 2022.
There, we discussed our mutual vision and objectives, and continued to have discussions with Mr. Porhong, Deputy Director of TTP Groups Cambodia, for over a year.
We worked together to find out the “needs, issues, and solutions for both parties,” and concluded an MOU in September 2023.
We will jointly open a beauty school to contribute to the production of highly skilled human resources in the beauty field for the development of both Japan and Cambodia.
Thoughts on the project
He participated in the second Japan Cambodia Association (JCA) inspection mission held in April 2022, and during a meeting with the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, he stated that 1.5 million poor youth should be provided with advanced vocational training by 2030. We asked about the national policy to implement the following.
Understanding the country’s policy, we also believed that developing highly skilled human resources is important for the development of both Cambodia and Japan.
Therefore, I decided to utilize my more than 10 years of experience in beauty salon management and cosmetics development to contribute to the development of highly skilled human resources in the beauty field.
With Cambodia’s remarkable economic growth, demand in the beauty and health field is predicted to continue to expand, so it is extremely important to increase the number of people who have the correct knowledge and skills to perform treatments and sell products to customers.
Future Plans
The opening ceremony will be held on January 22, 2024, and classes will begin the following day on the 23rd.
During the first year of the two-year class, you will learn about beauty knowledge through classroom lectures and conduct practical training.
During the second half of the year, you will gain practical experience by inviting customers to schools to perform treatments and doing internships at affiliated salons.
