① Educational activities at auto mechanic school |
Project Outline
We will conduct educational activities for automobile mechanics in collaboration with JVC Technical Institute, a vocational school under the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
For students studying automobile maintenance at JVC Technical Institute, we will provide education on Japanese standard automobile maintenance techniques and hospitality.
We also provide support for finding employment in Japan for those who wish to do so.
Students who complete the two-year course will be issued an official qualification by JVC Technical Institute.
We also partner with Cambodian company TTP Groups Cambodia to provide employment support for those seeking employment within Cambodia.
Additionally, a training center will be set up within the JVC Technical Institute facility to create an environment where students can gain practical training.
Background of the project implementation
Although Japan is proud of its high level of automobile maintenance technology, there is a shortage of automobile mechanics due to the declining birthrate and aging population.
Cambodia continues to develop at a remarkable pace, and its young average age is a major attraction.
With the aim of further development, Cambodia is currently focusing on producing highly skilled human resources.
Therefore, we will contribute to the development of highly skilled human resources in Cambodia by conveying the technology of Japanese companies.
We thought that increasing the number of students working in Japan after graduating from school would lead to the development of both countries.
Through this project, we aim to leverage the strengths of Japan and Cambodia and help both countries develop.
Thoughts on the project
We aim to develop auto mechanics who can be active in Japan and the world.
Japanese staff will provide training on “high technical skills” and Cambodian staff with work experience in Japan will provide training on “hospitality.”
We believe that Japan’s strength is “high hospitality,” and we not only have high technical skills but also provide training to welcome customers with the best hospitality.
We hope that our graduates will be active in Cambodia, Japan, and all over the world.
Future Plans
Over the course of two years, you will receive everything from basic education in car maintenance to practical experience as an internship at a store.
For students who wish to work in Japan, we will provide support for introducing companies and conducting interviews during their studies.
Aiming to develop automobile mechanics who can be active in Cambodia, Japan, and around the world,
We will proceed with this project in collaboration with JVC Technical Institute and TTP Groups Cambodia.
