Project Outline
iLBRiELLE Co., Ltd. provides vocational training in Japan and Cambodia with the aim of “developing the beauty industry” and “supporting women’s entrepreneurship and economic independence.”
From January 23, 2020, we have opened a beauty counselor course at the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which is affiliated with the Cambodian Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MLVT)
Demand in the beauty field is currently expanding in Cambodia due to economic development.
Many new cosmetic shops, beauty salons, and beauty clinics have been opened in Phnom Penh.
On the other hand, there are many people who open and perform treatments without studying thoroughly, and there are many cases where they provide techniques based on incorrect knowledge.
Beauty is an important industry that has a large impact on health, as it directly touches the skin and body.
Unfortunately, the following problems also occur.
・Problems such as rough skin and discoloration caused by using low-quality cosmetics
・Injuries such as burns caused by using the wrong beauty equipment
Our two-year course provides advanced technology and expertise in the beauty field based on Japanese standards.
Beauty school details
Experienced Japanese instructors visit the school regularly.
We will then directly instruct students on the following:
・Skin care knowledge
・Massage technique
・How to use beauty equipment, etc.
Even when Japanese instructors are absent, we will provide remote beauty technique guidance online from Japan, and Cambodian instructors will follow up
In our beauty lectures, we place importance on teaching the basics of “the mindset of a therapist” and “hospitality,” which is one of Japan’s strengths.
We also cover practical content such as “massage theory” and “salon hygiene management.”
Furthermore, we will also conduct business-related courses to help participants become financially independent and start their own businesses.
Our business courses range from basic business knowledge such as “how to create a business plan” to practical content such as “how to attract customers.”
We also issue an official certificate of completion (High Diploma) to students who complete the two-year course.
The school opening ceremony and MoU signing ceremony was held.
An opening ceremony was held on January 26, 2024, and H.E. Heng Sour, Minister of Labor and Vocational Training, and H.E. UENO Atsushi, new Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia attended the school, and we received warm words of support for the start of this project.
At the same venue, an MoU signing ceremony was held between the National Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, business partner TTP Group, and Ile Vril Co., Ltd.
After the MoU signing ceremony, we visited classrooms where students were actually gathered and a Japanese instructor demonstrated the teaching curriculum.
Start class
Classes began on January 23, 2024, the day after the opening ceremony.
We have students with various aspirations such as “I want to run my own salon in the future,” “I want to acquire the correct beauty knowledge and techniques,” and “I want to become even more beautiful myself.” Although we received a large number of applications, the school is limited to 30 students for the first year.
After acquiring basic knowledge and skills, students will gain practical experience through customer work and internships at stores.
We will support students’ studies with the aim of “developing the beauty industry” and “supporting women’s entrepreneurship and economic independence” in Cambodia.
